Below is the criteria of the said contest.

The contest runs from now until November 30th, which gives you plenty of time to get in on the action, and we’ve also got some cool second and third place prizes to give out. Here’s how it works:

* For every post you make, we’ll award you 1 point
* For every new member you refer, we’ll award you 2 points

That’s it. Talk about netbooks on the forums, actively contribute, and you might find yourselve with a brand new mini laptop! Tell your friends, and you actually increase your chances of winning.

We do have some rules, though:

1. You must NEVER spam your referral link (which is http://www.netbooklounge.com/register.php?ref=USERNAME ). Anyone caught spamming will be automatically disqualefied and possibly banned.
2. You can’t refer yourself — we’ll check to make sure all new members you refer are actually new members.
3. Your posts must be quality to count. The administrators of Netbook Lounge will make the final determination on what constitutes quality posts, but in general that means positive contributions (no flaming, no advertising, etc.), and posts that are more thoughtful than just “I agree!” or “Yes,” etc.
