Beyond the Norms

History:
It was early in November last year when Neil Parilla succeeded the leadership of Toni Colina in team 04, formerly known as Twisted Mind, which later evolved to RELOADED.

The Team Name:
It took couple of weeks for the team to decide what name should replaced “Twisted Mind - there’s a thin line between the crazy and the genius.” Early this year, the team decided to call ourselves RELOADED, which simply means “filling something back up”.

Challenge(s):
People come and go, and yet it was the very big challenge with in the team to lose those people who are close in our hearts. Who once made us laugh till we fart, made us wonder that life is not perfect and at times you are in trouble and you need someone to lean on, they’re there. Which somehow proved the line: “The end does not justify the means.” Even though it happened, it didn’t stop us from dreaming and reaching our desires in the team. New faces, new people, and new friends joined the team. And now we’re all intact.

RELOADED indeed is a port of call — a home in the four corners of the office for TSRs, ATSRs, Second Levels, Supervisor, Hackers, and Bloggers. It can be a complex assembly, but it’s our last best hope for achieving our goals as a team. To advance camaraderie by creating a place where novice and veteran agents could work out their differences peacefully.

Long live RELOADED!
