Start of something new
31 Jan
I can still recall the moment I first stepped my feet on 1and1’s floor at the applicant’s waiting area way back at i2 building. I could still recall how proud I was when I got accepted with the position and I still am being part of the company. I can still recall everyone’s facial expression during our first day of training. We were 8 trainees that time – 4 boys and 4 girls. We were all deployed in one team – Twisted Mind and later changed to RELOADED. And today, only 3 of us (co-trainees/batchmates/teamates) are left. And today we are already on our 3rd year in this company. Hurray! We survive!
I can’t imagine how fast the time flew. It was just like yesterday when I applied here. Anyhow, with all those times, I could say that I really learned a lot of things while working as a Technical Support Representatives in one of the largest web hosting company recognized worldwide. New things, new acquaintances, new technical knowledge, and a lot more.
It was indeed a tough decision I made to switch over to a new working environment (FASTHOST). Though the same nature of work, and still part of the company, but it would still mean an adjustment on my part. There are new people that I’ll be dealing with, though I knew some of them, but majority I don’t. And it really is a not so easy decision to leave my teammates, but since decision has to be made. So be it. I got other plans for my life to achieve.
To my teammates/former teammates: I couldn’t say more, but thank you. I mean not to surprise you guys. And this doesn’t mean that we won’t see each other again, (newies I am still under training). I wish everyone the best!
Until then!
Here is a snapshot of my team!

Understand that friends come and go,but for the precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography in lifestyle because the older you get, the more you need the people you knew when you were young.
Don’t expect anyone else to support you. Maybe you have a trust fund, maybe you have a wealthy spouse; but you never know when either one might run out.
…jorich ponio…will always be one of my bestest buddy, i can just tell you anything and you dont get tired me whining. Thanks for being there..for being an ear when i needed someone to talk to. Good luck with your new endeavor.
