I’ve been a Sun Cellular Subscriber for about 5 years now, referred several friends to go for Sun Cellular because of the products and services being offered to the Filipino Community are pretty good. I have never had a bad and terrible kind of experience before, until very recently.
So what happened? About couple of days now, I have been contacting Sun Cellular Customer Service, regarding a certain issue I have experienced with my credits. A guy (I did not get the name, was good enough to take my name, number, location, issue, and told me that I will be on hold for 2-3 minutes (standard holding time). To my surprise, he did not came back. I was holding on for 20 minutes until the call got disconnected. It was the first attempt. I dialed Sun Cellular help line number again and the same voice answered the call, same routine, same ending - I was holding on the line like forever. My only concern is to know why they are taking my credits after I loaded few amounts in my number. Basically I loaded regular 50 pesos load last week, and when I send a message, I got a bounced back telling me that I do not have enough load to process the request. I bought credits again and it works this time. So where is my Sun Cellular 50 pesos credits gone? Today, I bought another regular credits amounting 10 pesos (I know it is just a small amount), and the same thing happened again. When I got the confirmation message from Sun cellular 7210 number that the amount has been credited, I sent a message and got the annoying message telling me that I have not enough credits to send a message? Thus, I called the Sun Cellular Customer Service Support and got no help at all. No response/feedback about my concern.
So I think I am pissed off now. Where is the sense of Sun Cellular Customer Service here? Where is the empathy they’re speaking of? Was he being taught for these stuffs? Or was it just the Sun Cellular agent is not in the mood of helping the customer (me) that time? I am disappointed on how the sun cellular customer service representative handled my call. It was really a bad service I got for all those years. I have been working as Customer Service/Technical Support for quiet sometime now, and I know how it feels to be a support, yet we have to cater the service to our client as promised. I am a very DISSATISFIED Sun Cellular Subscriber.
Do you have any bad customer service experience with Sun Cellular? Any unlikely event that happened to you?
