i went home last Saturday and went back to the city last night. I arrived pass 7pm at Citilink terminal and needed to ride a jeepney going to Banilad (where i currently stay). I was carrying a bag pack with my stuffs inside (mp4 + headset; atm card; bank book, wallet and 2 cellphones). i walked about 100m away from the terminal to wait for a jeepney. when i reached the jeepney stop area, i uncarried my bag. on my surprised it was open! (*heart beats very fast, sweating and a bit nervous*) and suddenly a person from my behind, stood besides me (he’s wearing a headgear and a pants) and he look suspicious. i directly reached my hand inside my bag, and searched for my wallet, and thanks God, all my stuffs were still there, but my headset was damaged (i suspect he was having a hard time pulling up my stuffs since my headseat was blocking). i slowly walked away from the jeepney stop area and i noticed that he still following me. i tried to walk fast then and oftentimes, i turned my head back at the same time look for a vacant cab, and yet i was able to ride a taxi then until i reached to my boarding house.

thanks God i arrived home safe . .

i was on my way to the office last night when i received a text message from an unrecognized number. it was indeed a fact that one can’t escape . . . “death”. yes -death.. someone from Negros (the home place of my grandma) texted me informing that my granda had passed away. few minutes later, my uncle from manila phoned me, informing about it also. =’( . how sad . . . but that’s the fact that everyone should accept.

to my lola: “it was indeed a great opportunity to have a grandma like you, though i only visited her 3 times there in negros for her entire life, still she made me feel that she care and love me, just like what my mom (who is her daughter at the same time) did to us, . i remember the 2nd time i went there, that was summer in 2005, she was very supported to me while i was courting their neighbor who luckily became my girlfriend once in a while. ”

grandma is on her way going back to the hands of the Almighty creator. . so long grandma and may you rest in peace .

it bridges the gap… nice to know that in one way or another everyone get to know each other more. it was such a great opportunity to mingle with the people with in the team. for at least, after those volume of calls and emails, we still have time to hang out! chill out!

i never regret that i am a part of the team, and was thankful too with the team building last september 24-25 , for i was able to express myself! get to know more with everyone. <wew> .

all in all i enjoyed the mid year teambuilding!
