This would be my very first post in the year 2009! Well, I’m really hoping for the best, but also expecting for worse (to be prepared). Lemme recap what I have done last Jan. 1 or few minutes before New year’s eve till the end of the new year’s day.

Celebrated New Year’s Eve at my big sister’s house, with her family. Got off from work an hour and 30 minutes before 12 midnight of January 1. Waited for the van to drive me thru their house somewhere in Mandaue. While waiting for the van, I got the chance to chat with my friends via plurk and YM. Few minutes before 12midnight, the van arrived and good thing because it’s only the driver and me who’s riding it, since the rest of my officemates, teamates went home by themselves riding a cab. What’s challenging was, I was the one who guided the driver to my sister’s place, ignoring the fact that I myself, is not familiar with the place as well. On our way there, the street was really noisy, here, there, everywhere were fireworks. And thank God, I arrived at my sister’s house 10 minutes before 12, based on my watch. Per request, I bought them half gallon of Selecta Ice Cream (cookies and cream) and they prepared lumpia, pansit, and made mango float and prepared some sliced bread and beverage as well. While they were busy welcoming the year, I just went online to chat with my friends and greeted them as well. I was awake till 2am and slept for over 4 hours. In the morning, around 8am, I left my sister’s house and rushed to Toledo City, where we currently stay. Arrived home pass 12 noon I think. The weather on that day was a bit cold, and it was also raining. It was a perfect time to sleep.

Youngest sister’s 15th birthday. I almost forgot that it was our youngest sister’s birthday who just turned 15. Yeah, it’s a dual celebration. At home, they prepared, spaghetti, salad, “biko”, some sliced bread and cola. Was a bit surprised also, since mom didn’t have 12 or 13 fruits in the table, which she used to do. Newies, it doesn’t matter that much. As long as everyone is happy, and is in good health, it’s okay! And I wish everyone in my family a prosperous new year! More blessings!

Meeting with high school friends. “A mini reunion?” This was planned by Lovely, Sandy and yours truly last December 25, meeting again and to be merrier, informing others to come as well. Yet there were few who came. After the 5pm mass, I went to the plaza (meeting place) and met Jonas, while we were still texting some of our friends, and then Drizza came, followed by Jevian, Jeffrey, Ronard and Jumar came together, then Jovic who wasn’t aware of the mini get together thing, but happened to passed by the plaza. Few minutes later Jupril together with her boyfriend came. We tried contacting the rest of our classmates that moment, but only few responded, some weren’t able to come for some reasons. Grace (our JS Prom Queen) was also there. Well, it was funny though since we don’t even know what we’ll gonna do, or where we exactly would go. And we ended up eating burger and drinking fun-chum orange juice (LOL) at the Port Area in Toledo City with the cold and dazzling weather. Those laughters and jokes that I thought I could never see again came back at that moment. Seemed like we were all high school again! After our chitchats, we went home around 9pm.

Accoss the Universe. My plurk buddy mjax08 mentioned this movie few weeks before new year which I found interested. And thanks to my teammate Warrs because he let me borrow his dvd and I brought it home. I watched that movie twice that day. The twist of the movie was really cool. Lucy (Evan Wood) is really pretty, yes she is! And played her rule very well! Jude (Jim Sturgess) is really cool! He rocks the way he sang the song. Two thumbs up for the movie “Across the Universe” . The Beatles’ songs really rock! An I’m loving the songs and the movie!

New Year’s Resolution(s). As of the moment, I can’t really think what would be my new year’s resolution(s). All I knew is I wanna travel around the Philippines this year. To have more savings, and to eat every meals as much as possible, coz I wanna have some fats (LOL). What else? uhmmm… I think that would be it. Oh yeah I forgot, i wanna be single this year, i mean i don’t want to have a girlfriend this year. I just wanna give my self a break. I love me …

Ciao!

The year of the rat that was welcomed by everybody has come to it’s end. Yes, the year that was! The year indeed is really prosperous as I would say. I had lots of achievements, accompanied by its failures. Things that made me cry till the last drop of my tears. Or even crying unceasingly with out a tear. But despite those things, I still was able to laugh till I fart, hearing somebody’s else joke. Party here, there and everywhere. And some other stuffs! How could I forget the days that I was down and someone always lifted me up. Gave inspiring thoughts, moral support and everything.

Thanks to my:
